Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the booking service provided by Cosmos Studio(Cosmos Studio LLC, "we", "us"), located at 4267 South Hopkins Ave, Titusville, FL 32780. By booking an appointment, creating an account, or otherwise using our booking service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Cosmos Studio is a hair salon with locations in Titusville and inside Crown & Copper Salon in Orlando, Florida. We offer online booking, scheduling and payment through Cosmos Booking, our own software. Some features (e.g. card-on-file, charges) are processed by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and cancellation

When you book an appointment you agree to the salon's scheduling and cancellation policy displayed at booking. If the salon has configured a cancellation policy, late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, which may be charged to the card you provided on file. The exact fee and timing rules are shown to you before you confirm your booking.

3. Payments and card on file

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. Card information is collected directly by Square in your browser and is never stored on our servers. When you save a card on file you authorize us to charge that card for: (a) the service you booked at checkout, and (b) applicable cancellation or no-show fees consistent with the displayed cancellation policy.

You may request removal of your card on file at any time by contacting the salon directly or emailing hello@cosmosstudio.services.

4. SMS messages

Cosmos Studio offers two separate, optional SMS programs. Text updates includes appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, waitlist availability, and secure payment or checkout links. News & offers includes birthday messages, rebooking reminders, review requests, and salon news or offers. Selecting one program does not enroll you in the other. Login verification texts remain separate and are sent only when you request a one-time code for account access.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to suppress both programs. Reply START to clear the carrier-level block; you must still explicitly opt in again before either program resumes.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@cosmosstudio.services.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information collected for our messaging program is never shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Email messages

We send transactional email (booking confirmations, account notices) and, with your consent, marketing email from the salon. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, email, phone, etc.). You agree not to use our booking service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to disrupt it.

7. Your stylist

Services are performed by the stylists working at Cosmos Studio. Where a stylist rents a chair from us and operates as an independent business, they remain responsible for the service they perform; we will always tell you who you are booked with. Raise any concern about a service with us and we will help resolve it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our booking service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmos Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our booking service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, by direct notice. Continued use of our booking service after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, with venue in Brevard County, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
